Description
Create striking ornamental lanterns with this Giant Lantern Kit. These self-assemble paper lanterns feature cut-out patterns which can be left plain or decorated with the included tissue paper for stain glass effects. The black lantern bases come in a range of sizes and designs. They can also be cut to resize.

You will need: glue cotton string or ribbon a pencil.
Instructions:
- Push out the loose pieces from the black card
- Choose a sheet of colour tissue paper
- Place the tissue under a hole of the lantern
- Lightly draw around the edge of the lantern hold with a pencil
- Cut out the shape allowing a little extra tissue for gluing to the lantern
- Glue the shape on the underside of the lantern
- Cover up all the holes in the same way
- Glue the ends of the lantern together and hang up with a piece of string.
NB: do not hang and display lantern near any source of heat or open flame. Keep away from candles.
